Have you ever heard Robocopy? Robocopy is command line tool to backup your data in Windows, Robocopy is more robust and better than copy pasting your file from one source/harddrive to another hard drive. This feature on Windows since Windows NT 4.0, and Microsoft always update Robocopy with some extra features in Vista and make this tool part of the Windows Vista operating System.

While this is a good thing in that it is readily accessible to all, there is a catch — Robocopy is a command-line tool, and its power is tucked away in more than 80 switches. This means you have spend time to research and try all the switches to find out which one is the one u need most. Its maybe not difficult for Computer Geeks or techies, but for common user it hard and complicated to use it.

But now you don’t have to worry about it, because Tech Republic have made a list of the command that you can use easily. Click here to see the Robocopy Command list
