Great quotes! I epically like the one from Brian Tracy. I have had a hard time with stress in the past, but I learned how to deal with things rather than procrastinate or avoid dealing with them.

i like the quotes..true..we don’t have to view stress as something to get rid off coz we can’t..its inevitable..stress will always be there whether we look for it or not…one way or another we’ll encounter stress…however, by changing our outlook and try to see things differently, we’d notice that there are ways where we can be not affected by stress and if ever we are, then at least to certain degree only and learn to deal with it…lifestyle change may be one way to do it…but it takes your own initiative to do it…
