I remember during my time on uni, that I have to change my password every 3 months and It can’t be the same from previous two ( oh yea they also have the rule for the password, it have to be 8 or more character, contain at least 1 number and one capital letter), its really annoying me back then until I come up with this trick how to make a strong password and easy to remember (thats the point :P) I dun want to go to student services just to reset my password…. hehhehe

1. Choose 2 two words phrase that have a meaning or something that you can easily remember such as “Motivational Stuff” or if you like The simpson you can come up with “Stupid Homer“
2. Choose the date that you will remember (Don’t use your birth date) like the day when I graduate 16/08
3. Interlace the date with your word choice: S1t6u0p8idHomer
4. Specified for each account or site you use by inserting 2 first letters of that service name, such as for my uni QUT just add qu in front of your password like : quS1t6u0p8idHomer
   

Now you can easily change your password every 3 months with any account or website.
