Yesterday I pick MX free magazine this magazine is free and most of the content was interesting, I saw this section called Letter of the day in this section Ben from Ferny Grove wrote the following letter

Let’s All Quit Smoking together, Brisbane

While we’re on the subject….

I was a smokers for many years until recently, when I finally realised it’s a dirty disgusting habit that serves absolutely no purpose in your life other than to kill you.

Smoking causes cancer along with heart disease, emphysema and blindness.

We’ve all read our cigarette packets, but were you paying attention? If you smoke, you’re going to die 10 years earlier than most people your age.

Do you really want to throw away thousands of $$$ over your life so that you can live for a decade less than everyone else?

You don’t need Nicotine, you just think you do.

For those who I hope I have inspired to quit, go to the chemist and buy a big huge of Blackmores (medicine brand) Executive B stress formula and get one in you whenever you feel like punching something.

I’ve found them to be a lot better than patches or gum.

To those who never made the decision to put a cigarette in their mouths, I congratulate you, wise choice.

Come on, Brisbane, let’s all quit together. It’s a sensible and unbelievably simple goal

Last time when I advice my friend to Quit they answer “F**k off, Smoking is my Choice ”. I have never smoke so I never know how hard is to QUIT, but Ben know its hard and he prove it that he can, and if he can you can too. So “F**k your choice off”  . As Brisbane now has tougher the rules for smokers, for those who caught littering, they would have been slogged with AU$150 fines on the spot.

Lets spread this campaign to the world not just Brisbane. Quitting is Hard, Not quiting is harder.
