Are you an IT person? have you ever dealing with dumb friend or client? I bet you have this experience, especially for Tech support its common thing within their world and I think it happen every day. I Work in Head Office and provide service to supermarket stores for certain applications,”
He says, A store person called up, stating that they could not download from the intranet via The link provided. The program required the user to save it to a drive rather than run it directly. I told them to right-click and when prompted select “Save Target As”After several attempts from store person, they stated they were right -clicking the mouse but the prompt didn’t appear
Again, I asked are you sure you are clicking the right mouse button, ti which they replied
“Oh I thought you mean am I Clicking with my right hand”
On the other end of the line I began banging my hand on my head, thinking maybe it’s me”
