Picture that moment in your mind, feel it, look at inside your self what you feel at that moment, get as much as details about it. - Recapture your moment and Get the anchor word
When you feel excellent at that moment, think of the word that you said or that described it. Word like Great!, Yes!, Excellent!. This is your keyword your anchor word. - Sit up straight, strengthen your body, put your shoulder back, look up and take a deep breath
When you raise your chin and eyes, its actually make you feel brighter, energized, and powerful than anything - Clench your fist
