Why do you need to redirect your page? everyone have their own reason, My reason are to redirect to new page is to hide affiliate links and to make it more professional and allow user to redirect to a new page while my current page is not available without having user click continue or seeing 404 error page. You can create redirection page using:

The above HTML code will redirect your user to new web page, and also you can change set the wait time before it redirect into the new page by changing the value of content=”0;

Although your own internal measurements are the most important, you will occasionally need to seek external feedback on your progress toward your goals. When you do, be sure it is from people who are truly interested in seeing you succeed. Don’t seek feedback from fair-weather friends, competitive peers, or any person who doesn’t have your best interests at heart. Neutral doesn’t count. So make sure those take precedence in your mind over all others, and if you do need to consult with someone else, think very carefully before you choose exactly who.
Equally important, be prepared to sell your ideas to an indifferent world. As passionate as you are about your business and the fact that your products and services will have positive, life-changing benefits to everyone you meet, you are going to find resistance every time you tell your story.
People are most interested in their own dreams and goals. They have difficulty believing that you have found a better way than they have to reach them. They are suspicious and guarded when anyone tries to sell them or change their minds. Rather than have others steal your dreams by raining on them, ask questions and find out about their dreams before you launch into your sermon. People buy what they want first, then what they need. Find what turns them on. It may not be what turns you on. By helping others get what they want, you’ll get what you want too!

I restart the PC and it keep happening, even when I try to login from 3 different internet browser (IE7, Opera, and Firefox). I figure it out, it must be cache problem, and I was correct I found this article (How to fix the top 10 Internet Explorer issues) when I doing research on Google. Well I am right it cache problem, what I need to do is empty the cache on IE ( Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Browsing History -> Delete -> Temporary Internet Files -> Delete Files ) and all browser on my computer is fixed.

We must never allow a day to pass without finding the answers to a list of important questions such as: What is going on in our industry? What new challenges are currently facing our government? Our community? Our neighborhood? What are the new breakthroughs, the new opportunities, the new tools and techniques that have recently come to light? Who are the new personalities that are influencing world and local opinion?
We must become good observers and astute evaluators of all that is going on around us. All events affect us, and what affects us leaves an imprint on what we will one day be and how we will one day live.
One of the major reasons why people are not doing well is because they keep trying to get through the day. A more worthy challenge is to try to get from the day. We must become sensitive enough to observe and ponder what is happening around us. Be alert. Be awake. Let life and all of its subtle messages touch us. Often, the most extraordinary opportunities are hidden among the seemingly insignificant events of life. If we do not pay attention to these events, we can easily miss the opportunities.
So be a good observer of both life and the world around you.
