Ok finaly back on dial up..

25 DEC 2005, Xmast time. Have nothing to do, so think like gonna sleep more till 12 noon…. At 9am my mobile rang, my friend called and asked me to go to “Fraser Island” and I answered “yea ok”, lol… without thinking twice I agree to go…
Fraser Island.. I have no Idea about it, I knew that A beautiful island in Queensland, 3 hours we travel from Brisbane to Rainbow Beach to catch barge(sort of like ferry to cross car between island) to Fraser, barge service only until 5pm, lucky we got there at 4.

From Barge point in Fraser we took mainland road because rise of tide, and I just wondering in my mind “why there are a lot of sand in land“, once we got in town called eurong I saw a board said “Fraser Island - The Great Sand Island” lol.. no wonder.. thx God, U answer my question…
we decide to do barbeque in eurong, welll it luxury camping we had T-Bone steak and sausages. after eat we went to Central station(one of the Main Camp ground). that nite was horrible.. the Storm coming and our tent can’t hold it. I end up sleep in car and I saw the lighting and it sounds all nite (God Help Us..). well its better in the morning eventually. Warm Sun light and cool breeze of wind feels sooo natural…

ok we pack our tent and we going to lake McKenzie we came around 7am and guess what.. No one in there…. its like our private lake.. hehehhe. after swimming around 3 hours we going to eurong again to cook the rest of the meat for breakfast…. then we went to Waddy Point the Fishing spot…. we take beach way and we past eli creek (big creek flows fresh water and cool.. soo nice)  after that we pass Ship wrecked, Indian heads and champagne pools. arrive around 3 pm in Waddy point and we start to fish until around 6 pm, we cacth some fish and grill it in barbeque place…. so nice camping in there.. u got clean toilet, water, barbeque’s place… Thinking when camping in Indo there is nothing like that ^^;. the second nite it was clear, we can saw stars when we sleep… (I miss my high school friends).. and the next day we going home coz I have to work… gonna Miss u fraser island, I will be back Soon to visit u again
